Hello! My name is Cassie.
Burnt out from the last few years, working a 9-5 for someone else and in a creative rut, I decided it was time to strike out on my own. I decided: what better way to explore my creative side, my love for hosting friends and passion for the culinary arts, than starting my own company that shares all three with people? Luxury picnics and experiences covered all the bases.
Growing up, my mother had her own business. As a kid, I would run the register and help where needed, but mostly I got to create all kinds of cool stuff since she ran a very artsy shop. She would also take my sister and I to antique stores, flea markets and auctions. I am pretty sure my deep affection for antique, shabby chic and the bohemian aesthetic stems from this.
I've always taken party planning a little too seriously and take themes to heart (just ask any of my friends.) I try to pour my soul into everything I do- even if it's having a couple of friends over in my backyard. I will decorate and customized everything to any theme.
And don't get me started on food! I. LOVE. FOOD. You name it, I will more than likely eat it and enjoy it. Quality ingredients are important and being in New England is amazing for a food lover like me. From charcuterie to seafood to pizza, this section of the world knows what it's doing. And I would love to craft a culinary experience for you!
