Starting at $175.00 for 2-4 people:

  • The picnic service duration will be 1.5-2 hours (additional hour optional for a fee)

  • Setup and cleaning before and after the picnic

  • Boho picnic table

  • Plates and utensil set for your guests

  • Aesthetic boho decor (gold candlesticks, vases, pillows, throw rugs, table runner, pampas grass.)

  • Silk or  dried flower arrangement

You choose the color scheme of dusty blue, emerald green, terracotta or cream.

Add-ons are offered for an additional fee:

  • Teepee setup 

  • Charcuterie board

  • Sparkling water, bottled water, sparkling cider, or juice

  • bluetooth speaker

  • fresh floral arrangement

  • mini photo session by me!

There is a non-refundable $50 fee for all picnics at the time of booking.*

*In the case of rain or extreme weather, you have the option to make alternate arrangements at an indoor location or reschedule the event. Any other cancellations will result in the loss of the $50 non-refundable deposit. If and only if Gather & Graze Picnics cancels, you will receive back the $50 deposit. In addition, Gather & Graze Picnics allows 2x request to reschedule, so long as the request was received 48 hours before your picnic date. Gather & Graze Picnics has the right to charge a rescheduling fee if further requests beyond 2x are made. Please note if the remaining balance has not been paid at least 1 week before the scheduled picnic start time, Gather & Graze Picnics has the right to terminate the picnic and the event will be consider a cancellation, resulting in the loss of the $50 non-refundable deposit.
